Join Heidi Grace of Nature Yoga for a gentle restorative yoga practice followed by an immersive sound bath. As the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls invite the nervous system to soften, the body is welcomed into a state of deep rest and renewal.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a blanket, and wear layers for comfort.
